Maui Executive Catering has very highly trained certified bartenders. Sit back and relax and let your guests and the bartender worry about what cocktails they are going to drink. We have a wide range of glasses from rocks to martinis. Our bartenders know what people are drinking these days. Yeah we can make a rum and coke, but also a pretty great Mojito. Living on this beautiful island gives us plenty of experience in making tropical drinks, and all of our juices are freshly squeezed. These are a few popular cocktails we've created at recent events.

- Pomegranate Margarita
fresh pomegranite juice added to a cadillac margarita with scratch sour mix and a Gran Marnier float.

- Pineapple Mojito
Fresh lime and pineapple, premium rum with soda water instead of 7-up. We use homemade simple syrup to help sweeten the mojito, though with the added muddled pineapple, we don't need as much. This is a very popular cocktail at our events.

- Chocolate Martini
Godiva chocolate liqueur, Van Gogh chocolate vodka, with an optional splash of chambord or espresso coffee with an oreo rim.

- Key Lime Cooler
Key lime liqueur, vanilla vodka, fresh lime juice, and a splash of Godiva white chocolate liqueur poured over ice.
